David’s career-long passion is facilitating transformation in business. From the start of his first management position, he learned to create conditions which foster successful, systematic, positive, long-term change.

Since meetings provide the common ground for creating both clarity and connection, David developed a niche for facilitating meetings with the greatest potential for effective collaboration and synergy.

Throughout his 25-years in business, as Vice President, General Manager, consultant, coach, facilitator and designer, David has been making the invisible visible – from designing systems, to presentations, to training processes.

In the mid 90’s David joined a network of consultants working with the global management consulting practice of Ernst & Young, LLC. Typical engagements were Fortune 100 companies seeking to successfully implement new strategic initiatives. The “technology” utilized specially-designed environments in conjunction with state-of-the-art group facilitation practices adaptable to any industry or type of group. He worked with dozens of different teams in over fifty engagements using a methodology which yields six to nine month’s worth of conventional corporate office productivity in six days.

How can a team produce six to nine months’ worth of results in six days? You design and engineer a synergistic interaction involving 1) an ideal environment – structured, tooled and outfitted for this purpose, 2) a robust and refined methodology, 3) the right support staff, 4) clear goals and 5) the right people in the room. Then you bring them quickly to a high level of play, alignment and commitment to a common purpose that will benefit everyone.

Needless to say, David brings this kind of inspiration and possibility to every assignment, project and client.

David’s design skills have evolved through professional projects over thirty years. After graduating from UCLA in 1977 with an undergraduate degree in Urban Planning, David began using his creative skills in commercial printing, graphic design, marketing and management.
